Information about ordering and shipping around Christmas time.


Jewelry Production and Order Fulfillment


Please note that due to the increase in volume during the holiday season, every facet of running a business takes more time. Because we have more jewelry to produce and more orders to fill, both production and order fulfillment time increases. Please take this into account when ordering.

Onetribe will be closed December 23rd through January 4th to spend time with our family and friends. We will continue accepting orders for the duration via our website, but we will not be producing jewelry or filling orders until we return the first week of January. All orders will be produced and/or fulfilled and shipped in the order they were received, and it usually takes about two weeks to get completely caught up.

Our cut-off for taking custom orders to be finished before Christmas is mid November, and we will let you know whether or not it is possible to complete the order in advance. Some projects take far more time than others to make and some are simply not feasible to coordinate on a deadline when they involve ordering material, working with our jeweler on precious metals or when something is just incredibly time consuming due to detail work.

Holiday Shipping Information


Because the mail system volume increases exponentially, ALL mail is effected, and we make no guarantees about the transit time of any service that is not a guaranteed trackable and insured shipping service (only USPS Express and FedEx Express services maintain accurate delivery estimates). If you have any questions about what service needs to be utilized in order to receive something by a certain date, please call us at 804.230.4480 and we will let you know.

Due to the volume of mail during the holidays, the changes of a parcel being lost or damaged increase. It is rare but it does happen. Please keep in mind that we will only replace/refund orders shipped via trackable, insured methods. This is a standard policy that we hold year round but it is worth making note of during times of higher mail volume. The services that we WILL guarantee replacement or refunds of are:

- US Postal Service Express Mail
- FedEx Ground, FedEx 2-Day, FedEx Express Overnight

These are the ONLY services that can be tracked and are insured, which means we can file a claim with the shipper and be reimbursed to either re-ship the parcel or provide you with a refund in the event that we no longer have the item in stock or do not have the material to re-create it.
